Highway: drive Kiddie Express on Highway until you unlock everything :P With 3.5m per run, you'll unlock and max the other vehicles in a reasonable time. Now that i have grabbed most of the distance bonuses, i get about 5m for every other Highway run. I got to 20k meters in my first 2 runs and got about 26m gold. With the Kiddie Express you almost instantly get your 30m back, if you get far enough to grab the distance bonuses. You have to at least almost max this vehicle, so that you can drive on Highway (meaning that you are powerful enough to get far enough to lose the breakable components). It may seem like a great idea to upgrade it as soon as you get some coins. Avoid Upgrading the Base Vehicle: If you are a new player, you will start with a basic jeep. Make sure you balance the needle on this green highlight to get a perfect start. Kiddie Express: unlock and upgrade the Kiddie Express. Check the speedometer while revving and you will notice a green highlight. This is the hardest part, because you have to farm about 30m gold. Rally Car: either go crazy on Moon map or drive Highway map depending which is more fun for you or makes more gold per hour. Alternatively you can also unlock the Moon map and just go for flips and flying bonus.

Upgrade maybe everything to level 5 and farm enough to unlock the Rally Car. Jeep: farm the cheap levels at the beginning with your start vehicle. Feel free to post other tactics in the subreddit and i will add them here. Here is my tactic to max everything fast.
